Torino Motor Industries ( M ) Sdn Bhd, Sole distributor of Fiat cars since 1992, launced the automatic version of Fiat Bravo GT 1.4 16V last week.
Italian Ambassador to Malaysia Alessandro Busacca and Ally Azran Datuk Abdul Hamid, director and chief operating officer of Torino Motor Industries, officiated the launch at the Fiat showroom in Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur.
“While tha manual 6-speed Bravo is still selling for RM 10,000 cheaper, we believe that the automatic 6-speed version is more suitable for city driving and will appeal to the young as well as Fiat drivers.” Said Datuk Abdul Hamid Ibrahim,managing director of Torino Motor Industries.“We have move forward even though the economy is not looking good. We’re improved our after sales department and will continue to offer promotions for customers.”
The Fiat Bravo GT 1.4 1V automatic is already on sale for RM145,000 on the road without insurance.
It comes with six airbags, anti lock braking systems with electronic brake distribution, electrical power steering, 17 inch alloys, Mp3 player with Bluetooth support and dual xenon lights.
The transmission is called Dualogic allows the car to be driven on full auto mode, or on manual where you can change the gears by pushing the lever forward or backward.
The Duologic allows for better fuel consumption and performance.
